Delete Route Data
If you have a Model A DataTour route ID or share link, submit it here to delete the anonymous route data stored on our route server.
Request Help
You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Include your route identifier or shared route link when available so we can identify the data to delete.
The in-app Delete Route Data control remains the best option for the current route on your device. This page is for route links, saved route IDs, or follow-up deletion requests.
What Is Deleted
For anonymous Model A DataTour routes, deletion removes stored GPS points, city datapoints, generated reports, and the route session associated with the submitted route ID. Some limited operational records may be retained temporarily where necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
